Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR")

This information describes the methods of management of the personal data of users who consult the website www.dimoranaviganti.com (hereinafter "Site") and interact with the services offered for tourist rental, in particular for the booking of accommodation managed through the Lodgify platform.

Lodgify, with registered office at Magma House, 16 Davy Court Way, Castle Mound Way, Rugby, Warwickshire, CV23 0UZ, United Kingdom (hereinafter "Lodgify") is the Data Controller of the personal data collected through the booking platform on the Site, on behalf of the Controller. The Controller and Lodgify have entered into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in accordance with art. 28 of the GDPR, which regulates the methods of processing personal data by Lodgify. The DPA is an integral part of the Lodgify Terms of Service.

Personal data collected

Through the Lodgify platform, the following personal data is collected:

• Data provided voluntarily by the user:
  • Personal data (name, surname, date of birth, place of birth)
  • Contact details (email address, telephone number)
  • Information about your stay (arrival and departure dates, number of guests)
  • Other information provided voluntarily by the user through contact forms or email (e.g. special requests, preferences)
  • Payment data (e.g. credit card number) collected via the Stripe platform, integrated into Lodgify.

Purpose of the processing

The personal data collected are processed for the following purposes:

• Management of reservations and stays:
  • Respond to information and booking requests
  • Manage communications with you
  • Provide tourist rental services
  • Comply with legal obligations (e.g. guest registration)
  • Process payments through the Stripe platform

Legal basis for processing

The processing of personal data by Lodgify is based on:

• Performance of a contract: for the management of reservations and stays, including payments via Stripe, entered into between you and the Controller. Lodgify acts as a Data Processor on behalf of the Controller, as defined in the DPA.

The processing of personal data by the Data Controller is based on:

• Legal requirement: for guest registration
• Legitimate interest: to respond to requests for information and manage communications with the user

Treatment methods

Personal data is processed by Lodgify using IT tools, in compliance with the security measures provided for by the GDPR and as defined in the DPA. Payment data is processed directly by Stripe, in compliance with its security standards and PCI DSS regulations.

Data recipients

Personal data collected through Lodgify may be communicated to:

• Stripe: for payment processing
• Parties that provide services to Lodgify for the management of the platform and the services offered (e.g. hosting providers), as defined in the DPA.
• Public authorities, for the fulfillment of legal obligations, at the request of the Data Controller

Transfer of data outside the EU

Personal data may be transferred outside the European Union by Lodgify and Stripe. Lodgify undertakes to ensure adequate security measures for such transfers, as specified in the DPA. Please see Stripe's privacy policy for more information on the security measures adopted.

Retention period

Personal data is retained by Lodgify for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with legal obligations, as defined in the DPA. Payment data is retained by Stripe in accordance with their retention policies.

Rights of the interested party

The user has the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request the rectification or deletion of your data
• Request the limitation of processing
• Object to the processing
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
